Mobility in Turin gets increasingly electric. Leasys Rent, a subsidiary of FCA Bank, is
expanding its charging network in the city by installing 200 new charging points. This
is a further step forward in the company’s electrification strategy, providing users with
new columns with power of up to 22 kW.
In the parking areas reserved for these charging points, Leasys Rent and Leasys users
(with a short-, medium- or long-term rental contract) will be able to park and charge
their vehicles at no cost. The points can be easily found through the UMove app and
then used thanks to the E-Mobility Card, which is supplied on the entire fleet of electric
and plug-in hybrid vehicles of the two rental companies.
By early 2022, the new charging points will also be available to all citizens, including
customers of other operators, who wish to access the parking areas and charging
points.
